Common questions
Is the Free tier really free forever?
Yes — no time limit, no trial period, no credit card. Browse and search every active tender indefinitely at no cost.
When will Scout and Pro launch?
Both are in active development. Sign up free to be notified at launch — early accounts will receive a preferential offer.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed as one upfront payment — Scout at R2,990/year (vs R3,588 monthly) and Pro at R9,990/year (vs R11,988 monthly). That’s 2 months free. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — no penalties, no notice period. Your access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
What counts as an AI analysis?
Each time you run an AI analysis on a tender’s source documents, it uses one credit from your 50/month allowance. Results are cached — re-analysing the same tender costs nothing. Credits do not roll over.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
No — all prices exclude VAT. The applicable South African VAT rate will be added at checkout.
